Daniela Stephan is a writer-director and photographer from Beirut, currently based in London. Her stories carry a strong rebel voice, consistently exploring themes of identity, intergenerational trauma, and socio-political challenges. Her short film "The Sun Sets On Beirut" has been selected for over 15 international festivals, including Oscar®, BAFTA, and EFA qualifying festivals, and has received numerous awards. Daniela’s work includes features with Louisa Ballou, Feng Chang Weng, and Desmond & Dempsey. Her photography has been exhibited at Carl Hansen & Søn in Paris, and she has an upcoming exhibition in August at the prestigious Art District Gallery in Beirut. She is currently developing her first feature film.
